INVITATION OF SHORT TERM TENDERS FROM
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Sealed tenders are invited in the office of the undersigned
from the registered service providers registered with the Labour
Department Haryana for supplying/outsourcing of services of
Security Guards, Data Entry Operators, Tubewell Operators, Car/Jeep
Drivers, JCB Drivers, Road Roller Drivers, Driver Operators,
Leading Firemen, Firemen, Safai Karamchari on contract basis.
The contract shall be initially for academic session of 2010-11.
The last date for submission of bids in the office of the undersigned
is 30.08.2010 upto 3.00 P.M. and tenders will be opened on 31.08.2010
at 4.00 P.M. in the office of the undersigned. The total requirement
of contractual staff is about five hundred which can vary from
season to season. The terms and conditions can be obtained from
the General Branch of Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board,
Panchkula, on an application accompanied with Demand Draft for
Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) payable in favour of “Haryana Marketing
Development Fund”, at Panchkula. The tender must be accompanied
with an earnest money of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lacs only)
in the form of Demand Draft. Earnest Money Deposit received
in any form other than Demand Draft would not be accepted. The
contractual agency must have atleast three years experience
in the field and valid licence from Labour Department of the
State and ESI, EPF, Service Tax code number, PAN Number and
should have valid registration certificates from the concerned
departments for providing the manpower. The detailed terms &
conditions are also available on the website of HSAMBoard at
www.hsamb.gov.in.
1. Bid- documents with detailed terms & conditions can
be obtained personally from the office of the undersigned on
any working day w.e.f. 18th July, 2010 during the office hours
between 9.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.
2. Bid documents with detailed terms and conditions can also
be downloaded from the HSAMBoard, Panchkula website.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the
tenders without assigning any reason. The tenderers or their
authorized representatives who may choose to attend the opening
of tenders may come. In the event of the date of opening tenders
being declared as a holiday for Government offices, the due
date of receipt and opening of the tenders will be the following
working day at the same hours. Any legal matter will be dealt
with under the Competent Courts within the jurisdiction of Panchkula.
